Entry: "On fire...again"

As indicated in my previous blog, I had to re-schedule my planned weekend trip up to western Pennsylvania to see some family due to un-timely car issues. Sometimes I swear it seems that cars have some kind of weird intelligence of their own because it seems every time I am planning on a long jaunt somewhere the car starts acting all funny and everything…hmmm. Anyway, it’s just a temporary set-back, as I will just make the trip this coming weekend instead after having the car worked over in the shop. I’m just thankful that at least the car acted foolish now instead of after I was out in the middle of the boonies somewhere before deciding to chill out on me, knamean? A scenario like that would severely impair my ability to maintain my composure, no doubt.

But the good news is a brother is again on vacation for a week so I decided to take advantage of my alleged "free" time and cook up a new flavor for my page, hope it “warms” your hearts…lol.

How has the world been treating my peoples? Awful? Terrible? Horrendously? If so, then quit waiting on the world to treat you to something good and treat the world to something good instead! I’m burning up and on fiiiiyyyyyyaaaaaa!

Y’all have a gravy week!

9 brothers and sisters helped me to understand.

melikes! everyone's changing they're layout...wish i had the inspiration to change mine too. yep cars shole do have some weird artificial intelligence, i've had my share of car troubles, they're just never satisfied no matter how much loving u give, wassup with that? have a great great trip!

Thanx ceecee :o) Yeah I usually get the new layout bug every couple months, unless I get real creative and change up every month.I like the way you put that about cars: "They are never satisfied no matter how much loving u give.." LOL. That is so for real! Thanx for the well wishes, I'm sending you rays of inspiration and creative vibes (just in case you get that design itch)...G

Hi Greggy. Ok, I'm lovin' these warm autumn colors over here! Makes me wanna' get some mulled wine & chill by the fireplace. Oh, that's right, I don't have a fireplace (yet). Guess I'll just have the wine, lol. Enjoy your vacation & trip this weekend. big grin

Thank you France. I am still in awe of your site though, I love that aquarium feel and the sound about ambience for a site :o) My site does kinda have a "cozy" feel come to think of it though, you're not the first person to tell me it felt warm and comfy there..LOL. Sip the wine my friend and chill some, have a grand week yourself!...G

"Don't know that I can appreciate you burning a picture of yourself... bad karma. . ." LOL!

What is that you say Greggy? Winter is making you nervous? LOL! I know that's right! I live in Minnesota. I betcha can't top that for frigid weather. I need some fire too. And I also need that stack of green along with your car keys. Sup?

Oh my goodness I heard during the winter the temperature in Minnesota goes down to something like 780° below zero is that correct? Don't they swim butt naked in rivers then too? (Hell, they do that over this way sometimes, the damn You gonna be needing a lot more than some fire sis. How's Bacardi sounding to you? ;O) Have a good week!... G

Hi Greggy,
Don't know that I can appreciate you burning a picture of yourself... bad karma. I was thrilled to see the colour changes here, very Autumnal! You do know how to create an atmosphere. I am so sorry your trip to visit your family was delayed, good energy for this coming weekend. Hope you have a spendid week, ;chillaxing and rocking out to tunes.

Hehehe..without making light of your "bad karma" comment concerning me burning a picture of meself, suffice it to say I am protected by a power even greater than bad karma, whatever that is...hehehe. Glad you love the change-up heah too! The trip being delayed was more than likely a blessing in disguise, since if I had went when I planned, there would have been a huge possibility that the car would have broke down during the journey.'s all good!. And you know since I'm on vacation again, I'm going to be doing that LA-ZEE boy routine all week :o)...G

WoW! the spot looks nice. I love the browns . . . very warming. Life is treating me great and I'm enjoying life immensely. Never a dull moment.

Thanks Claudia. I guess creatively I'm trying to hold on to something hot since Old Man Winter has been making a brother nervous lately. I forgot to tell you I'm allergic to cold weather, snow, rain, fog, slushy stuff on sidewalks, puddles, mud and just about every other bad weather phenomena...LOL
I can tell you're living the life, I'm quite thrilled that you're getting your "products" to move now! Have a great week!...G

Yeah, I'm trying to keep a certain level of chill on hand, don't want to get consumed by the heat, knamean? I'll be making the trip this coming weekend God willing.
